As of today we are pleased to now include an enhancement to our meeting function that makes the job of adding additional documents, other than the Agenda and Minute's, lots easier.

You now just use the "+" symbol and then browse to the additional files you want including via the media library. 

The enhancement automatically inserts these documents as a link button so people can download or view them.
