Private Content Management Made Simple

We've long supported a secure media folder—a dedicated space where Councillors can exchange sensitive documents not yet ready for public release or restricted due to commercial confidentiality.

Now, we've expanded this capability: entire pages, including their content, can be made private. This is ideal for internal teams, and equally valuable for councils wishing to share information exclusively with subscribers.

Setting it up is straightforward:

• When creating a page, simply specify which profile is authorised to view it.
• When a user subscribes, assign their profile to that page.

This ensures seamless control over who sees what—without compromising ease of use.

Having received requests to show how dual language could be supported by the template we are pleased to announce initial deployment for this capability for councils that need this support.

Now its just a matter of creating the content in each language and publishing as you need.
